11 September 2021 – Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) together with its local partner, Kemalak, create a final assembly line facility for the FA-50 aircraft in Malaysia. Malaysia as a whole will receive a positive impact from the technology collaboration program offered by KAI and its local technology partner, Kemalak. It is a very attractive offer from Kemalak and KAI. KAI and Kemalak offer something very interesting with a very positive effect on the entire technology ecosystem in this country, but whatever the final decision rests in the hands of the government.
