Group Chief Executive Officer

A distinguished leader, combining military expertise as a former F/A-18D Hornet Weapons Sensor Officer with strategic corporate achievements, currently serving as Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Kemalak Group.

Maj. Mohd Iswandi

With a solid academic foundation, he holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Supply Chain and Logistics, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Complementing these credentials is his Diploma in Executive Human Resources Management and Administration, underscoring his versatility and commitment to professional growth.

In his corporate career, Maj. Mohd Iswandi RMAF (Rtd) served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kemalak Systems. He has also excelled in pivotal roles such as Chief Finance Officer and Head of Business Development within the company. Under his leadership, Kemalak Systems successfully executed key projects, including the KAI FA-50M tender and offset program. Notably, he played an instrumental role in securing the RMAF FLIT/LCA (Fighter Lead-In Trainer/Light Combat Aircraft) contract, highlighting his strategic and operational acumen.

During his tenure in the RMAF, Maj. Iswandi made significant contributions in various roles. He was part of the Headquarters’ Planning and Development (HQ P&P) division, where he served as the Staff Officer 2 for the Fighter Program. As a former member of the elite 18 Squadron, he operated as a Weapons Sensor Officer (WSO), dedicating seven years to the F/A-18D Hornet. His responsibilities spanned numerous air operations, missions, and exercises, showcasing his unwavering commitment and expertise in aviation and defense.
